Nicholas Cooper
Chairman
Nick started his career in trade finance and venture capital in the 1980s before moving into property construction and development. Nick has overseen the development and construction of over 2,000 units.

Benjamin Brading
Managing Director
Ben has managed all of the group’s large-scale developments and is responsible for managing all projects from inception to completion. He oversees all planning, acquisition, construction and sales activities. Ben is a former Captain in the British Army and served in Afghanistan.
Billy Fisher
Contracts Director
Billy started his construction career in the 1990s and has been involved in the delivery of all developments. Billy oversees all construction projects and his considerable experience extends to housing estates, blocks of flats, commercial units and industrial estates.

Sandy Sutherland
Director
Sandy is highly experienced in property and related fields, starting his career in sales and acquisition before moving into development and construction. Sandy is involved in all aspects of the business and is responsible for the timely delivery of all schemes.
